Purchased a Realm Plus subscription because I needed more spots for players and my current Realm isn't big enough as more family members are looking to join.
At first, I thought I was just upgrading my current realm to a Realm Plus, but it just ended up being a new Realm instead.
So I tried to reconfigure my new Realm Plus to use the current world from my other Realm by downloading the map off of the old realm and trying to Replace the world in the new Realm Plus. It keeps giving me an error saying "Export failed" and a pop up shows saying Error - An Error occurred.
I even tried with a brand new world I created as a test, to see if it can just upload anything. It still gave the same error.
I have seen other people having this issue in your support system. It is a know issue and seems as if it can only be fixed in the next update. Because of this, I would like a refund of my Minecraft coins so that I can just re-purchase the Realm Plus once this bug is fixed. I have basically wasted 6 days so fa r trying to fix this when it is an error on your side. This new server has been unusable because I require this feature to play on the current world already built.
I don't require my money back, just want Minecraft currency put back into my wallet so that I can use it later once this is fixed.

I am aware that this issue has already been reported, as per my message. What I am asking is that you refund me the Minecraft Coins for this Realm and cancel the Realm until this issue is fixed and than I will re-subscribe. Your web pages specifically say that you are able to upload your own worlds as a feature, which in it's current stat, you CAN'T. You have basically created false advertisement to get my money. I am not asking for a cash refund, simply a minecraft coins refund. If you are unable to assist in this, please provide me with the information to who I should direct this complaint to.

Any refund requests must be sent to Mojang Customer Support or to the online store for your device. We do not have the ability to handle this via the bug tracker.
