Unable to transfer, upload, or do simple tasks in Realms.

I've recently bought Minecraft Realms on my Xbox One. I bought it because I wanted to transfer a Nintendo switch world to my Xbox (using Realms) It was the only way for me to transfer my worlds. I was disappointed that Realms would not let me replace worlds properly. When I tried putting a world on realms (on switch) I was greeted with, "Error occurred." I would log on to the Realm and the seed was correct but there was no progress on the world. I know plenty of people that have had the same problem. I've looked for solutions on YouTube and have found no answer. It also angered me that I couldn't be refunded. I knew Realms would be glitchy but it shouldn't have improperly working features that haven't been fixed in months. I've waited weeks for this to be fixed but have had no acknowledgement of the issue. Please research into it. - Nate
