[REALMS-5263] Realm set to creative mode but opens in Survival mode for owner and some of the members (other members still see creative).

Minecraft Realm Bedrock- using IPad devices.

Have latest minecraft update.

Im the realm owner. Have set in creative with cheats on. But when I enter world it's in survival mode (although when you check settings it still says creative).

Out of the members only some are effected and see survival while others see creative ??
