I am unable to connect to a new realm that I purchased last week, I was able to access last week, however, when I try to access the realm currently, it is reading me as a child account. This account is one of the parent accounts on a family for XBOX Live, so that isn't possible. But because of this error, I cannot access the realm.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
