Hi, I subscribed to Realms on the Nintendo Switch about 30 days ago. I have not been able to use it as advertised the entire time I have had the subscription. Every time I try to upload my saved world on Nintendo Switch I immediately get the level up chime sound and a message saying "An Error Occurred" and then one that says "Level export failed." I try to upload about twice a day just to see. I do it every way possible and get the same error.
This error I know was previously reported because once I had the issue I searched it out and saw it on here and it was pretty common and you guys were tracking it. The 1.16.20 update came out and it said it was fixed in the patch notes, but I still always got the same issue. I got the other reported issue that the hotfix patched as well, but the problem uploading my world to Realms is still the same. I am disappointed and feel ripped off.
My son and I have a world we have been working on. And we just recently changed our family's living arrangements and I thought it was going to be great to be able to use this as our thing to do together when he is at his mom's house.
