I can't replace my map on the realm

I can't replace my map in the realm, I stopped playing for almost a year but before I had another realm, when trying to pay and update it to 10 people it only allowed me to renew it with 2 people, I paid one of 10, another realm was created and I wanted to replace that one realm with the previous map, but every time I try to do it, it keeps loading, initializing the load, from there it does nothing, my map weighs around 250 mb. This is horrible, there should be a solution to this, I've been like this for hours. If there is no solution then how can I be able to pay for my previous realm but expanding it to 10 people and not just 2.
