Initially I created a realm with the 30-days trial with some friends; Unfortunately, after 4/5 days, the realm stopped working (It says an error message: "Unable to connect to world" (next the normal loading of the realm), the same error to all my friends). I tried to turn off the realm / load backups of it, but nothing.

It is on W10, right?
I had the same problem on Xbox One (REALMS-462)
On W10 it may helps if you´re going to W10 settings -> System -> Apps & Features -> choose Minecraft and click "Enhanced Options" -> Reset
Also make sure that you have sorted out any possible problems with firewall, router etc.
I can try, but is strange that my friends can't join too: one is from the android version, the other one from XBox (One i think). Maybe it's a Realm problem.
