this is a duplicate report of REALMS-5423 as im the same person who reported it and the bug has stopped but it occasionally keeps coming back

We're tracking this issue in REALMS-1888, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated. The REALMS-1888 issue is waiting on someone who has this issue to upload a world for testing, so if you are able to do so (or ask the realm owner if it is someone else) that would help significantly.
