I can't interact with the world, once I join I can only interact for about 5 seconds then after that I cannot break or place items and I cannot interact with the world in any way but I can see other players moving around. I can play on worlds that aren't on the realm without any problems and other players on the realm don't seem to have any bugs while playing on the same realm which I'm not able to interact in. The world also doesn't load chunks past spawn and other players see me standing still while I'm moving around on my end. I even tried to swap the original world I had on the realm for another one to see if that fixed the problem but it did not. These issues affect both creative and survival realms. I have also tried to join the world from a different account on my xbox and the same thing happens to that account which happened to mine.Β My nat type is set to open
Also, my frozen character which other players see in the world: players and mobs can hit and interact with and it will do damage to me even though I am not standing there on my screen.

I have found an issue that is very similar to mine which seems to still be Unresolved:

We have the same issue in a Realm between four friends. We've ruled out internet stability as our internet is fine, and it shouldn't be lag as we all live within about 20mi of one another so the difference in ping would likely be a millisecond or two at most.

i have the same issues. i connet with my family in the realm and I am the only one who can interact on the realm but none of them canΒ

We are having the same issue. One person playing in the UK on a tablet and two people playing in the states on xbox.
Two people are able to play as expected while the third can join but not mine or build. Additionally, even though they can move around the world, they appear to be stationary at the spawn point to the other players.
We have the same issue in both a realm created by the player who cannot mine or build and a realm created by one of the other two players.
Please help!

We have to wait for it to be assigned- Given I'm waiting on a request to delete an account that I inadvertently set the date of birth to 2020 on, and all the correspondence I've had in 48 hours has been an automated system and almost no indicator as to whether my reply was picked up and acted on, it's hard to tell when this will be assigned to anyone.

Its important to keep in mind that this is only a bug tracker, everyone here is a volunteer so we aren't able to assist with your issue directly, as opposed to a support avenue where you would receive direct feedback. We consolidate and confirm issues which get escalated to Mojang.
Because your issue is with a service you may wish to instead contact Mojang directly for support which can be done at the "Customer Support" link below.
If you're interested in helping to narrow down the bug it may help to understand under what circumstances this occurs. Its obviously not widespread so may be limited to a trigger on your specific worlds, or the region in which your Realm is hosted, or the players on your realm. Understanding things like, whether any issues occur on that same world when downloaded and run in singleplayer, or whether they affect the realm if someone else uploads it could be key. It may also help to understand if your Realm only contains friends or if yours is open to the community as there are exploits in the wild that will crash only certain portions of a realm (which might explain the lack of chunk loading and block changes but movement still working).
If someone affected wouldn't mind uploading their world I can put it on my test realm and we can give a couple of my comments above a test.

How do we go about uploading the World to this location from Xbox One? Given that the File Explorer and other functions allowing file access are not readily accessible I'm not sure how we go about doing this.

Thanks for the response, the explanation, and the links. I filled out a customer support request.

Unfortunately on an Xbox alone it isn't possible, you have to have a PC with Minecraft on it to download the world.
Hopefully someone with a Realm and a PC comes across the issue and can upload their realm world for us to have a look at.
If you have a copy of the world available, you might like to upload a copy of it for investigation.
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
On Xbox or Switch the only way is to upload it to a Realm, and then download the world on Windows 10 or Android/iOS. (Please do not purchase a Realms subscription just to provide a world to us - but if you have a Realm already this may be a viable option if you wish to do so.)
If the world is larger than 10MB you can upload the world to OneDrive or a similar file sharing site, and then share the link.

Hi, I am having this issue as well, almost exactly as described by the people above. Most attempts at loading are met with getting stuck on Loading Resource Packs, and when I am able to load into the Realm my game is incredibly laggy (blocks don't break until about 1min after I mined them, appearing stationary to other players, interfaces take a long time to open) until it eventually disconnects me. Single player still functions without any issues.
This can't be a wifi issue, as other members of my household are able to access the realm without any problems and even through using their accounts on my own Xbox. I have the same issue regardless of if I use the Windows 10 version or the Xbox bedrock version of the game. It is only my Xbox account which has any issues accessing the Realm. Please may somebody help me with this issue, as Support only referred me here and I'm currently contributing 50% of the cost to a Realm which I cannot play on.

Hi, I am seeing lots of duplicate posts being ported to this thread. However there is no hint of a fix and yet it is set as resolved! Everbody is having the same issue. Are we any closer to understanding what can be done..... surely if this many people have had the same problem it must be "realms" not the individual.Β Β

I have attached images of the Players screen and what everybody else sees, he is currently floating in a realm that does NOT have cheats enabled.Β
