REALMS-1985

Since latest update realm is bugged out

I got a realm for a month just before the latest update. Since the update the game has broken to unplayae on my realm. No animations for mining or sounds, things like buttons and so on don't respond meaning I'm locked out of parts of my base. Items don't drop, e.g I dig up a carrot but get nothing in return. It also randomly disconnects me now too.

I have tried reuploading a back up from the realm, the original file uploaded when I first opened the realm and a new world I created today to check it wasn't the save file corrupted on that specific world.

I'm attempting to fix by reinstalling the game but I don't hold much hope.

Note: I am running 1.12 apparently but can't pick anything like that in the versions menu.

So it's September and my realm is still not working. It fixed itself for a short period and is back to broken again.

It's been nearly 2 months since I posted thisand no technical support either?

Thank you for your response.

While i appreciate your comment on this bug tracker being manned by volunteers that in no way is able to justify how it's taken nearly a full year since this was first posted to get any sort of 'official' response.

It's very poor. Regardless of volunteering or not, 9 months just to hear something is awful. Especially when your just palmed off to another report of the same issue that is just as old as mine and still has nothing helpful regarding the issue.

Best wishes.
