[REALMS-5599] Unable to connect to realm. From different devices at different locations says unable to connect to world

On Xbox.iphone or android can't connect to a world I subscribe to

starts to load then says can't connect to world.

I can't connect to realms on Java either, I did a ticket yesterday, minecraft said the issue I brought up yesterday on this matter has been resolved but it obviously hasn't.
