The biome is different between the Realms world and the world where it was downloaded, even at the same coordinates.
When I checked the previous backup, the biome was the same as that of the single world.
So I think there is no problem with the world itself, but with Realms.
There are several data packs in the world, but I don't think anything will change the biome.
I noticed this problem when trying to mark the biome boundaries.
In the realms world, the biome changed depending on the Y coordinate.

Minecraft Realms for Java Edition has received a lot of updates and fixes over the last two years, so this issue has probably already been fixed in the meantime (e.g. because it was a temporary outage or an issue with the base game).
Since this bug report has not been updated since at least two years, please let us know if this is still an issue in current versions of Minecraft and update the bug report if applicable. If this is no longer an issue, please let us know as well. Thanks!

REALMS-5600 is tracking a massive Realms outage that's lasted almost a week now, I wouldn't be surprised if this issue was somehow related.
