[REALMS-5764] I can't reset or replace my world in the realms

I'm doing a 30-day trial since yesterday to be able to decide whether or not to pay realms monthly to play with my friends, but from the moment I started the trial, I can't reset or replace my world in the realms, when I try, it gives error. Please correct this bug, I want to play with my friends. 😞

I have been using Realms for several years. I am on Bedrock version v1.16.40. Today I tried to upload a new world, replacing the existing one. It displays the messages:

Level Export Started

Level Export finished successfully

Then a pop-up window appears with the message "An error occured"

I tried to reset the world and it also displays an error.
