I'm trying to upload my world to realms but it says that an error occurred without even starting the upload. My connection is ok. I can play in realms, but I can't even download or upload my worlds. How to fix? The error is happening both in Windows 10 and Android.

I believe it is not the same issue at REALMS-474, as it was working normally until last Friday. What is the forecast for the solution? Will you stop charging for realms until I can update my world?

If uploading was working normally until very recently, then something else may have changed to cause this issue, including changes to your network, realm maintenance or a transient service outage. Are you able to "close" your realm, which is recommended before doing any download or upload to make sure it is in a saved state and nobody is connected.
The bug tracker is staffed by community members, not Mojang employees. We don't have access to your account and cannot make any adjustments to charges etc. You would need to contact Mojang Support for that. I would recommend doing that anyway if you can't find any network issues as they may be able to check on the status of your realm.
