I've been trying to download my realms map for 1 week and I can't

Estou com o mesmo problema que o seu a mais ou menos o mesmo período. Não consigo fazer o download pelo Android ou Xbox One. Mandei um email para  suporte e sugeriram buscar uma solução aqui. Visto o empo o qual os problemas aconteceram e nossa  localização, arrisco-me a sugerir que isso pode ser algum problema nos servidores da Mojang.
