I'm having problems in Realms, I can't upload my world to Realms and from what I've seen, many other users are going through the same, but you don't solve it. It's been a long time since the realms have been in trouble. I see several users complaining and you just stating that you are already using another ticket to solve. One horrible thing you use a 2017 ticket that has not yet been solved to answer the tickets we are opening. Are you going to pay attention to this or not? Do we pay to be made of idiots? If the answer to this is not clear. I will open a different ticket every day on the same subject.

As you seem to know, we are tracking this issue in REALMS-474, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. There are several notes from the Mojang developers about the status of this issue. Keeping multiple tickets open on the same issue, regardless of how "old" the original ticket is, makes it difficult to consolidate relevant information and just adds extra work for everyone involved.
Please also understand that this bug tracker is primarily staffed by community members, not Mojang employees. These volunteers help to organize information for the developers, So any direct criticisms are mostly seen by people who are willing to share some time trying to make the game better, and not by "Mojang".
