Just bought a Minecraft Realm but I cannot connect to it. When I try, the client hangs on "Connecting to the realm..." indefinitely. My friends can connect just fine, and even my fiancee on the same modem can connect. I've tried the suggested solutions on the connection problems page with no results. I changed my username as I was setting up the realm, so I wonder if that is related as I see no other reason I wouldn't be able to connect from the same network as my fiancee.

Nevermind I had to log out and log back in because of the name change. It was automatically logging into the old name so restarting didn't do anything.
