P.S. The reason why people use realm server is to avoid such errors and unpleasant experiences. However, Minecraft realm has too many errors. Moreover, it's not a free service, it's paid service. But, realm doesn't work as people pay. If you guys don't improve services, you guys can be idiots who can ruin this great platform, minecraft.

However, if it is still not working, the realm owner should contact Mojang Support
