i have to disconnect and reconnect to my own realm every 10 minutes in order to prevent the mobs from desyncing (they visually freeze in place on my screen, but can still move and attack me on the server without me seeing - i nearly lost my base to creepers because of this just a random sizzle and boom from a creeper that appears to be at least 3 chunks away out in the trees - yet the explosion is directly on top of me inside my base)
apart from that, i also see countless mobs spawn directly next to a light source.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported. In particular, the issue with mobs disappearing is tracked as MCPE-71243.
