When I put my behavior pack and resource pack into minecraft windows 10 edition and try to use enable both on my realm, the behavior pack just doesn't show up on the behavior packs tab on the realm settings but do show up on a normal world's settings, and the resource pack when applied and click back, it just sits at "Initializing Upload" and then gives me an error after about 15 minutes. Can someone help me with this ive tried everything. Every UUID is unique on both packs and ive tried making new nothing works. I made both packs myself and wanted to use them on my realm but it just doesn't work. I have tried contacting mojang and they were no help and they said to ask the Discord server and obviously they were no help because if they were i wouldn'tbe here right now. So can I get help on this?

This appears to be a duplicate of REALMS-5482. I got a similar bug to this very recently while I've been trying to setup my realm, when applying textures it freezes completely and when I exit out and go back in I'm stuck in a loop, I tried waiting for an hour and it didn't do anything. It also randomly crashes my game for no reason. The only way to get out is restart Minecraft and when I go back to check the packs they haven't applied. I also tried backing up the world in hopes that fixes it but it did nothing. Does anybody have any solutions as to how to fix it?
I've had this problem too, and coupled with command blocks getting censored, my style of minecraft is really difficult to play ever since 1.16.100
