[REALMS-641] Realm Crashed - No-one can connect to it

My 'MINECON 2017 Village Realm' crashed and no one can log back in.
Been down for over an hour. My other two Realms are fine.

I tried closing and re-opening and that did not help.
I managed to download the world, and it loads OK offline.

Re-uploading the downloaded world has not helped.

MINECON was over so I uploaded a new world and closed and re-opened the Realm and it's now up and running again.
