Please not the multiple reports of this issue with the parent Jira REALMS-6147.
When will this be resolved? This seems like a pretty massive service failure and not just a simple bug. It is very disappointing as a paid user!

We do not know when this will be fixed. Please do not create reports to ask when a bug will be fixed.
