Realm not loading, crashing ,and too much money for it not to work

Since the newest update my realm has been crashing if it even loads at all. It crashing normally with bars or being transparent with objects before it crashes. I dont want to continue paying for something that I can't use or others can't. Its been over a month now and nothing has helped. I've turned off my switch completely and only opened minecraft as suggested. I need help with this or I would play anymore because I'm wasting money.
