I completed the 30 day trial and then my realms plus subscription automatically renewed. Later, I was prompted from within the game to renew my subscription and I did so without checking my bank statements. The game had already automatically renewed, and then I was charged again within the marketplace to renew. I now show to have two realms active, but they are not separate worlds. Whatever I change in the settings of one changes in the settings of the other. I didn't need or want 2 subscriptions. I feel scammed. The game should never have prompted me to renew if I had already automatically subscribed. I'm basically out one month of playing on my realms because I'm not sure if my progress will be saved whenever the 2nd account subscription expires.

@Mod Umija5895M. I've already created a ticket with Mojang support. I got a form letter reply initially. Then I was sent here by the rep a week later. The bug is that I was automatically renewed, and the game still demanded that I renew in order to keep playing. That request never should have popped up.
As noted above, that issue is being tracked as REALMS-4516. I had suggested that you contact Mojang Support about having paid for an unwanted realm due to the bug.
You might want to contact Mojang Support to resolve the duplicate realm issue as we can't help with that via the bug tracker.
