I have a server with a total of 11 friends, one of my friends however are having a problem loading into the realm, we tried a lot of things to fix this, like reinventing to the realm, logging out of account, restarting realm to latest back ups, and yet still no sign of it working, however my friend does load into the game, when the player loads into the game, they stand where they last logged off, of course they can’t see it because on their POV they see the realm loading screen saying “Building terrain”. It always seems to do this and we tried different approaches to fix this, in the pictures below it will show my POV of my friends and the POV of Me. To whoever sees this please I need a way to fixing this problem.
P.S my friend plays on a iPhone, but also plays on PS4, we have yet to check on PS4 because of the inaccessibility to the console.
