I bought Minecraft mobile exclusively to play with a group of firends.
After playing for 3 days now I can't access the realm. It gets stuck in "building terrain" and never starts (I waited 30 mins)
I'm the only player in the server with this issue.
I have tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, deleting the game data, reinstalling the game, logging off and on, restarting the server (I asked the administrator) and every combination of those actions.
Nothing seems to work.
I am playing from an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S10)
If the issue is not resolved in the next 24 hours I will expect a refund of my purchase, and a reimbursement for the time I have spent dealing with it.
I bought your game to play with friends, not to spend 4 hours scouring the Internet for a problem that shouldn't exist, nor to have to send a report 3 days after my purchase.
