Need help please!!!
I have had a 10 player realm for almost an entire year and we've never had issues with it until about the last month the realm started kicking everyone out every 10-30 minutes and not saving any of the progress we made in that time. Before disconnecting, the whole realm freezes up and then it just says disconnected. We can usually reconnect to it just fine but very little to no progress is saved and we all start in the same spots we did when we last joined.
It's extremely frustrating because we've been paying for this world for a while and even tried downloading the world, ending the subscription, and starting the world again on a brand new realm but are still having the same problem. Could our world have gotten corrupt? Does anyone know why this is happening or any fixes please?
