All of us are being kicked from the realm about every 10-15 minutes and losing any progress

I was told by Minecraft Help “NeonBunny” to contact you. I sent the following email...Our Realm has been running fine until this past [Sunday afternoon|outlook-data-detector://3]/evening when it started kicking everyone from the server. It seems to kick everyone after about 10-15 minutes. Every time it auto saves it puts people back where they were before the save and lose any progress. We used an old backup from where we believe it was still running fine to see if it would fix the problem. People were in for almost exactly 30 minutes and it kicked everyone again. I’m the admin for the server and I’m curious if there is a fix for this. Everyone is wondering if we have used up too much space with all of the auto backup saves. Otherwise we are thinking there is a corrupt save. Either way if you could please contact me with a fix we would appreciate it.
