Realm crashing

For the past month my realm has been experiencing constant crashes. They happen about every 30 minutes or so. After the crash no one can join the game for about ten minutes and when we do get back in the realm has reset back about 20 minutes. The reason this is so frustrating is because realms are a monthly paid subscription and most of our time is spent trying to get back in and redoing the builds that were lost.
