Are you still having this issue? There was an update to the realm servers beginning on 9 Feb that may have prevented some realm activity.
If it is still happening, what exact messages do you see when trying to Close or Open the realm?

Yes, the issue is still happening. I was able to backup a realm once, but it stopped working again and I still cannot replace the world which is how I found the bug.

One of the images shows what happens when opening and closing. It says “Unable to join realm”, and “Failed to connect to realm”. When replacing the world, it freezes when it gets to “Initiating Upload”.
