Realms Maximum Subscriptions

My realms expired and I renewed it. Usually, there is never a problem, but today something went wrong. I renewed the subscription and went to join the realm again, but it was still expired. I figured the payment must have not gone through, so I tried again, but it told me that I have reached the maximum number of active subscriptions on the platform. I thought that it was just processing the payment, so I waited for a couple of hours. I went back to try and open the realm, but it was still expired. I tried renewing it again, but the same screen about maximum subscriptions came up. I looked in my bank account and saw that the money was taken out only once for the time that I paid. I am honestly confused and have no idea what to do. Hopefully, someone can help me please, and thank you.
