realms map download error

Cada ves que intento descargar mi mapa de realms no me deja y esto solo pasa en mi primer mapa en los otros me deja descargarlos normal, no se trata de problemas de conectividad ya que son varias veces que intento de descargar el mapa, y tampoco tiene que ver los data packs que tiene, ya que anteriormente si me dejaba descargar el mapa.
( Every time I try to download my map of realms it does not let me and this only happens in my first map in the others it allows me to download them normally, it is not about connectivity problems since there are several times that I try to download the map, and it does not have to see the data packages it has, since previously if it let me download the map.)
