Cannot download realm world or any backups, can't login PS4 realm

Let me start by saying I have already checked your entire faq page and none of that had any solutions; I already tried a bunch of stuff on my own.

 

I regretfully own your faulty software on Android, Sony Playstation, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Xbox; they are all linked to the same Microsoft account.

 

I was able to use realms just fine at first; it wasn't until I purchased a second realm that I began to experience all kinds of issues.

 

This is an issue with REALMS not Singleplayer and not connectivity as I can play multiplayer and access the store just fine.

 

I have cleared the cache on Android, I even uninstalled and reinstalled on Android, playstation and windows. I checked for app updates, driver updates and platform updates... everything is up to date. I have signed out o my Microsoft account on each device and resigned it. I waited and tried again later. This issue has gone on for over a week now and I even contacted the help email. You were completely unhelpful and basically just wasted my time. 

 

I can load into the realm on Android, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Xbox. My playstation (my preferred console)cannot load the realm. My realm is a new world with only three players so far. So it not that large in size. I can play the realm on the devices that load without much issue. However again, it will not load at all on playstation and Even more so a problem and frustrating is that I CANNOT BACKUP/DOWNLOAD ANY OF MY REALMS OR THEIR CLOUD BACKUPS. I CANNOT DOWNLOAD REALMS TO ANY DEVICE. All of my devices have more than ample room to download this world 10+ times over.

I have seen support tickets for similar issues since 2017,some which you say is resolved when those people said you never resolved it and yet here I am also with this issue 4 years later. I will wait one additional week for a response here; otherwise I am just going to demand a refund for all my copies of Minecraft and your realm subscription and ask that you revoke my licenses because I have no desire to pay for and support a faulty software that does not function as intended, promised or advertised. I cannot enjoy my game or the time spent on it as you fail to address dire performance issues from several years ago. It shows you have made no good faith effort towards your customers/users.

 

Again I have checked this bug form and FAQs as well as emailed help...none of the posted solutions have worked or resolved this issue. It is on your end. If you can't fix it directly in game at last allow users an alternative way to download and backup their realms because this is fucking ridiculous especially when you trying authorizing subscription charges ahead of the scheduled date for a service that doesn't even work properly. 

I didn't buy my realms or any of those copies of Minecraft to risk losing hours of gameplay not just from me but the other three users as well.

First of all, this bug tracker is not a support service. For all account-related issues you will need to contact Mojang Support. We do not have the ability to help with account issues via this bug tracker.

Second, please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported. In particular, the inability to download a realm is already tracked in REALMS-419.

If you are specifically unable to connect with your PlayStation (or any other device), but it works from other devices on the same account (or not), that can be submitted as a new report. Please search before reporting, in particular based on the exact message you get, to see if it has already been reported. If you don't find a duplicate, please include the exact and entire message(s) you get when unable to connect.

I definitely sympathize with you as a player myself it is certainly frustrating when you are unable to get something like this fixed. However, this bug tracker is not the place to complain. Most of the people who help out here, like myself, are volunteers who help organize reports for the developers to fix. For more information, please see the Bug Tracker Guidelines

The issue is not resolved; and btw I am aware you don't offer support here nor do they anywhere - the help email directed us here. And I never once said this was an account related issue. Did you even read the ticket?

clearly no one has fixed the realms and the post made no mention of realms working prior to the purchase of a second so this was not entirely the same issue as listed there. And as the issues started at the same time after the same occurrence I do feel they are related not separate. Again I had stated all of this originally.

There is no message the game crashes or just flashes back to the menu with a one word "error" prompt.

And if you are here as a volunteer to help organise the reports than you could help forward the frustration. But don't fool yourself saying you resolved anything. You did absolutely nothing except try to redirect me once again.

The help email directed me here, so I guess there's just no help for users anywhere. 

And no one is tracking shit there, I already said I checked and there was no resolution ever truthfully reported. Also my issues started after the purchase of a second realm so it is different than what was stated in that post; especially as mine never even makes it to a progress bar.

 

Also the issues both started at the same time so I believe them to be part of the same bug not a separate issue as again it happened at the same time. This was not resolved in anyway, you were unhelpful.

"Resolved" does not mean Fixed. As noted, only one issue is allowed per bug report, so the report itself is invalid. If you have an issue that is not already tracked, please feel free to create a new report that concisely describes the problem, and how to reproduce it.
