Missing Inventory and Stained Glass

I am having two issues on my world that I have built on my ipad. When I go to my world, there is nothing in my inventory and when I go to explore my world, some things have changed, like the colored/stained glass is now white. The other worlds on my ipad work, but not mine. Can you tell me what might be causing this to happen on only one world? Thanks for your help.
