when trying to replace existing realm with saved world it gets to uploading, then just tells me "an error occurred" any help would be much appreciated. Friends havent been able to play on the realm since the update because we cant update the realm to the back up world we use when im online

Turns out i cant do anything with my realm, replace it, reset it , nothing..... im paying for a realm... why am i not getting the service im paying for?!
