We should have a fix for this and commenting on Realms Feed posts in 1.19.10
The Bug:
I cannot post on the feed (Xbox Live club) of my realm!
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into the Realm
2. Hit the pause button and take a screenshot (camera button)
3. Attempt to post said screenshot on the Realm Feed (should pop up automatically after taking screenshot)
Observed Results:
The screenshot will not post.
Expected Results:
The screenshot should post.
Notes: This only started happening in 1.16.210 (Bedrock). Before that (in 1.16.201) I could post normally.

I am having this same issue, however, I am on Windows 10 not Xbox Clubs, but it is the same issue.
Click on Esc, then Camera Icon to take a screenshot, gives the status that the Screenshot is being uploaded, then another saying it was uploaded successfully. When going back into the feed log, it does not show the posting of the screenshot I had just taken.
The last successful post that is one the Realm Feed that I am part of is from March 8, 2021.
We can no longer post photos to Realm Feed. Last successful photo post was March 9, just before the update (1.16.210). We are able to post TEXT messages from the world menu, but can no longer share in-app photos while playing, nor at the world menu using shots captured while playing. We are playing on ipads (Bedrock/Realms). We tried uploading other worlds to test photo uploading to the Realm and that doesn't resolve the problem either. Multiple members have tried to post photos with no success.
Removing Affects Version/s 1.16 (Bedrock) since I was (and others were) able to post on the Realm Feed in 1.16.201.
Note that on PC Bedrock in the mojang games folder, the snapshots and the .mc files are being generated, they just aren't being posted to the feed. So at least part of the process is working, just not completely.

Just tried screenshot for feeds on Bedrock PC, still no fix. Is there maybe an alternative way to fix this?
