[REALMS-7603] Downloading realm displays error level import failed

I'm playing on ps4 pro on Minecraft bedrock realms with I run. When I download any backup it says level import failed then an error occurred with a green OK button. This happens when it gets to the end. I have 285gb of storage left and download was 225mb.

The other issue has been outstanding for 2 months will no response from yourselves!

You should at least update the other big to say what you are doing about it. It's a massive bug with no resolution and no response.
