issue with chat not transmitting to all players.

This issue is happening to select players on a 10-11 player minecraft bedrock realm. All players are on the latest version of minecraft (1.16.210). This issue is where one player may not see the message and can't communicate with another player at all in chat, they aren't blocked on xbox, and haven't muted each other before. This only happens for some players though, where one cannot communicate with the other but can communicate with another player. We've had reports on our realm for this happening since 1.16.40 bedrock. We've encountered this issue under 10 times with only about 5 players effected, however it is quite annoying to some players trying to communicate with others. (sry the only pic i have isnt very good but i got disconnected when trying to take more screenshots with this happening)
