Free Trial Realm Expiring, Bought 30 day extension, MS has payment, Game does not
Game still says Realm will expire in 0 days
Tried to buy extension again
Game says you have already bought this, hope you are enjoying it ! ? !
Appears to be a bug in the realm purchase option display system

Clearly the Mojang code pays attention to the field that says the realm is expiring, EVEN THOUGH there is a bug in the connection from the Microsoft money, through xbox.live to Minecraft.exe. Microsoft has the money!
Support.xbox.com still reporting their error
Noted 1/1 8 pm (? time zone)
Now it it 1/4 11am (Pacific Std Time)
Who is monitoring these Forums?
Is this going to take 2 months to resolve (as it has in the past?)
We have three big companies, with lots and lots of people. Where are all those resources being allocated?

If there is an issue with purchasing it will be investigated, but we aren't able to deal with account issues directly here at the bug tracker; have you tried contacting Mojang Customer Support?
And again we are told by the Mojang Bug forum "NOT OUR PROBLEM."
This issue appears to have been raised off and on for more than a year, and we get the same answer "NOT OUR PROBLEM".
BUT...
Someone wrote the code that has the program tell me "You own this extension," (and can't buy it again)
And someone wrote the code that lets my extension expire. Will you please have those people get together.

but they now say "It's not our problem"
You (the minecraft program) even acknowledges that I bought the extension, and say "Hope you are enjoying it"
There are clearly problems (BUGS) with you connecting my payments to your services.
Parts of the program code acknowledges my payment, but other parts of the program code don't acknowledge my payment.
Even my offering you more money doesn't help, because "I already own it"
You are the fourth system I am now dealing with, Can You Help? [account.microsoft.com, support.xbox.com, bugs.mojang.com, help.mojang.com]

WHY aren't BUGS related to messages the program reports and actions it takes at least of concern to the BUG forum?
Who is responsible for coding the financial interface? for BUGS in the financial interface?
What do we do when two parts of the same program
are doing different (opposite) things,
taking money
and at the same time
preventing use.

May be part of the problem
Two, possibly three systems (account.Microsoft.com, bugs.mojang.com, and support.xbox.com) interacting and possibly blaming the others (see "resolved" issues in this forum where the "resolution" was "not our problem"
