Get "Your device lost connection to the store" when trying to purchase Realm.

When trying to buy a Realm, I get an error saying that it is not possible to establish a connection with the market. I already tried to change the DNS and it still does not work, I have a good internet. I can acces to featured servers and the shop.

Are you able to access other online content (marketplace, featured servers, etc)?
What is the entire exact text of the error message (or just attach a screenshot)?
What device are you using?
