I tried downloading level data from realms server but by pushing the button on either Subscription tab/Backup nothing happens but showing "An error has occurred.".
I processed on both Windows 10 BE and iOS PE, however exactly same has happened for this 1 hour.
Why I download is because, I can access and simply play however, some rollbacks occurre when I restart my realms server, so I want to copy it on local before my data on realms gets broken or rollbacks more by system.
How can I handle this??
