My daughter's Realm keeps disappearing and we are paying for it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I do hope that you are well. We are paying a monthly fee for my daughter to access her Minecraft Realm. She plays with her cousins and because of Covid this has been an important lifeline. However, the Realm keeps disappearing and reappearing. We obviously aren't prepared to keep paying Ninetendo when we can't access it. Minecraft help desk says that this is a known problem.
