No, the problem is not on "our end" because we aren't Mojang employees. We're just community volunteers like you, and all we do is help people prepare bug reports. But this isn't the result of a bug and there's nothing we can do about it.
We are currently receiving a high volume of reports about not being able to access Bedrock Realms. This is apparently a Realms server issue and is not something the bug tracker can help you with. Report connection issues to @MojangSupport on Twitter.
We're told by Mojang that they are investigating the problem. In the mean time, watch @MojangStatus on Twitter for updates.
