Since the most recent update, our server has crashed multiple times and not saved the progress of the people on the realm. We play across different devices. It is quite frustrating to not have our progress save. Please advise how we can fix this issue.

Sometimes when a crash occurs the world will revert to a previous saved state. This specific issue is tracked as MCPE-12347.
