When uploading a world to my realm it said it failed to download and to check my internet connection, after this I tried to enter my realm. Every time I tried it just said connecting for 5 minutes until it finally said failed, I cannot replace the realm with a backup, upload anything or even close the realm.

Note that if an action on a realm fails, it may take several minutes for the server to recover to a usable state again where you can join or attempt another action.
