achievements not unlocked

We have been playing Minecraft on a realm for two players, and experiencing an achievements bug.  Though we definitely meet conditions for some achievements, they won’t get unlocked.  This has been the case for more than 3 months now.  We haven’t ever used any cheats, nor changed the game settings like switching to creative mode.

We have no idea what triggered this bug.

Please help us out.
