Maps not working and chat is buggy

So the maps seem to not be working for some people, for some players it shows all of the players point markers and for other players it only shows certain point markers (so some players will be invisible on some of the maps even though they're the same maps that other players are using). Also, for some players the chat is working fine but other players it has censored their text out completely even though they aren't cursing or using bad words.
for example i can type: "its a lovely day today" and it will show up to other players like "###########" which makes it VERY difficult to communicate with one another. I'm a bit disappointed as I bought a realm for all my friends to play and we can't find each other nor speak to each other because the realm is so buggy, please fix this immediately.
