Everyone on my entire Realm lost between 15 and 30 minutes of work this evening. It was extremely frustrating to be snapped back to a previous location, lost, or to have a build removed.
The realm crashed twice this evening. The first time didn't appear to result in much, if any, data loss, we were just logged out and couldn't log in for several minutes.
The second time, we could not log back in for nearly 10 minutes, and our progress was reset back for an unknown amount of time, with no explanation or message saying what had happened, so it appeared as though significant magic items we'd spent months farming had disappeared.
Both times happened shortly after I left the space covered by a 3rd level pyramid of haste beacon, but that may be a coincidence, since I think I've successfully left that space at other times.
Request:
1. Solve data-loss bug. This is very frustrating.
2. Even if data-loss bug cannot be solved, provide a message to users letting them know data loss and time snapback occurred, so that they spend less time confused, frustrated, and angry. Some users are very young.
