Upon entering the portal to exit the End, you immediately die of 'falling from a high place'. The game over screen does not appear, and you respawn automatically. All items in your inventory disappear. It does not seem to happen for the first time you leave the End, but occurs on times you leave after that. Reloading neither Minecraft nor the realm itself fixed it. Occurred only after 1.17.10 update.

Does the same issue occur on a local copy of the world?
