Me and a couple of friends have this realm we been playing on constantly but today when we tried to play on it multiple bugs happened. 1. The realm suddenly went back to its original state ( before we made progress or builds) and we lost everything. The backup doesn't seem to work either .2. Its not letting the owner of the realm download the world even though they have enough storage. We are more concerned about how do we get all our progress back to where it was before. I was on the realm 4 hours before this happened and it was perfectly fine. I also still have the items that are in my inventory yet don't have my builds

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported.
Be sure to include the exact messages you get when unable to perform an action (restore, download) and be sure to search before reporting. There are existing issues, such as REALMS-419 for not being able to download from a realm.
